Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site to ensure timely and quality execution. 2. Interpret drawings and specifications to guide site work. 3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as per schedule. 4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at the site. 5. Prepare daily progress reports and submit. 6. Assist in resolving any on-site technical issues or conflicts. 7. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of construction. 8. Verify work measurements for billing purposes. 9. Maintain accurate site records, including manpower, materials, and equipment usage. 10. Perform any other tasks assigned by senior engineers or the site management team. 11. Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at the site. 12. Maintain records of quality documentation such as test results, inspection reports, material approvals. Qualifications and Skills 1. Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 2. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. 3. Understanding of construction drawings and site processes. 4. Good knowledge of measurement methods (IS codes), materials standards & estimation. 5. Familiarity with on site testing procedures.
