Job Title:

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our International Voice Support team. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with queries, complaints, or support issues.
Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Record all interactions in the CRM system clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a professional tone and adhere to quality standards on every call.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required!
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (depending on business requirements).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude and strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any stream).
Prior experience in BPO / customer service will be a plus (but not mandatory).
Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
