About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Complete training and certifications on CSoD Core & LMS.
Assist in configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Support client requirement gathering and solution design.
Contribute to data migration, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with product features and best practices.

Desired Profile

Education:
MBA HR / BBA / B.Tech (CS/IT or related).
Strong analytical skills; basic knowledge of SQL/programming preferred.
Excellent communication; quick learner; interest in HR Tech.
Able to work independently and in teams.
