Freight Sales Manager

You will be responsible for: - Identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for international logistics and freight forwarding services. - Generating leads, pitching DDGN Logistics services, and closing high-value deals. - Conducting client meetings, understanding shipping requirements, and providing custom solutions. - Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regular follow-ups. - Coordinating with the operations team for smooth execution and customer satisfaction. - Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance to senior management. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience (2-5 years) in field sales within the logistics/freight forwarding industry. - Strong network and understanding of international cargo and supply chain processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. - Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR for client meetings.
