Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our freight forwarding operations team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry, preferably with expertise in freight forwarding operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily freight forwarding operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of freight forwarding principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
