Responsibilities:
Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
Prepare and submit customer quotations within defined turnaround time.
Analyze cost structures and ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Maintain updated tariff records and vendor rate sheets.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for shipment requirements and special rate requests.
Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
Support management with rate analysis and pricing reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and trade lane developments.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data entered in internal systems.
Strong understanding of international freight forwarding
