About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our logistics team. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between shippers and carriers—managing freight movement, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate rates and manage freight contracts Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance Track shipments and proactively resolve issues Maintain compliance with industry and federal regulations Use freight management systems (TMS) to manage loads and documentation Identify new business opportunities and grow your book of business What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Familiarity with TMS software and logistics platforms Self-motivated, with a proven track record of hitting targets Freight broker license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one Why Join Us?
