Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight transportation, connecting shippers with carriers, and ensuring smooth operations. Daily tasks include freight brokerage, dispatching, customer service, and account management to maintain strong client relationships and meet logistics goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching
• Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics is a bonus
