Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adaptive Planning solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes while driving best practices for scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate planning and reporting requirements into Adaptive models.
• Build and maintain complex models (workforce, financial, and operational planning).
• Optimize dashboards, reports, and templates for business performance tracking.
• Perform data integration between Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM/Finance, and other systems.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes.
• Document solutions, perform knowledge transfer, and provide post–implementation support.
• Recommend and implement best practices for planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation + support).
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with data integration between Adaptive Planning and external systems (ERP, HCM, etc.).
• Ability to design and configure dashboards, reports, and templates.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
