Role Description

Supply Chain – SAP & Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work with

  SAP S/4 HANA

  to configure, maintain, and support modules such as

  Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Inventory Management (IM)

  .
• Analyze supply chain data within SAP to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations and coordinated process flows.
• Develop data dashboards and reports using

  SQL, AI/ML models, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau

  , and other analytics tools.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate data for reporting and presentations, ensuring data accuracy across SAP and related systems.
• Support Product Lifecycle Management processes and maintain structured documentation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven analysis.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities related to supply chain optimization and reporting as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to align requirements and deliver results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  SAP S/4 HANA

  , especially MM, WM, and IM modules.
• Solid understanding of

  supply chain processes

  , inventory control, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools:

  SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau

  , and basic AI/ML techniques.
• Ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights through dashboards and models.
• Experience working with

  Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  tools or processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and operational performance.
