Role Description

Oracle SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain

  Oracle SPM (VIC)

  solutions for variable compensation management.
• Develop and manage

  compensation plans, formulas, and crediting rules

  within Oracle VIC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform

  data integrations, validations, and transformations

  between Oracle systems (HCM, CRM, ERP).
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and workflows.
• Support testing, training, and deployment during system releases and go-lives.
• Maintain compliance with

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  Computer Science

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience with

• Strong understanding of

• Proficiency in
