As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative designer to support our marketing initiatives through compelling visuals and content design.

Scope of Work – Content Creation for Fintech Company

Instagram Reels (8 per month)-Short, engaging Reels (motion/static) focused on financial education, tailored to a fintech audience.

Carousel Posts ( 4 per month )-Visually appealing carousel posts explaining and promoting the company’s services in a clear, concise manner.

Design Assets for Marketing Initiatives- High-quality design assets for social media campaigns, blog promotions, and landing page creatives.

Content Adaptation for Blogs- Converting technical blog posts into digestible, visually engaging content to improve audience engagement.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines-All visuals will consistently follow the brand’s established color palettes, typography, and motion style.

Bonus: Candidates with a demonstrated interest in personal finance, fintech, or investing content—or prior experience working with a fintech or financial services company—will be given additional consideration.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic/motion design (agency, freelance, or startup)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects (basic level is fine)

• Strong layout, visual hierarchy, and design sense

• Ability to simplify technical topics visually

• Awareness of Instagram and social media content trends

Bonus: Understanding of IT services, SaaS, software development, or digital marketing content

Compensation & Scope

• Monthly Deliverables: 8 Reels + 4 Carousels

• Pay: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month (depending on experience and skill level)

• Start Date: Immediate
