Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Freelance Business Development Manager to expand our client base and foster new business opportunities in the media, advertising, and AI-driven creative production sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ad film production, post-production, and AI-based video solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brand managers, and media companies.
• Understand client needs and propose customized creative and post-production solutions aligned with our AI-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, especially in AI-enhanced ad film making.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial business arrangements.
• Track and report on business development activities and targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in media production, advertising, or digital content industries.
• Understanding of post-production workflows and emerging AI technologies in ad film production is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer managing multiple clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,086,425.63 per year
