Freelance Business Development Manager

You are a highly motivated Freelance Business Development Manager responsible for building and growing the company's presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Your main focus will be on acquiring high-value clients and driving revenue growth. This role offers lucrative earning potential through a commission-based structure. Your responsibilities include setting up, managing, and optimizing the company's profiles on Upwork and other platforms. You will build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively position the company's services. Developing and executing growth strategies to increase visibility, client engagement, and conversion rates will be crucial. Negotiating project terms, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities. Tracking and reporting performance metrics, providing updates on the pipeline, and closed deals will be essential. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in business development on Upwork or similar platforms. A strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding processes, and client acquisition strategies is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must. You should be able to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. Preference will be given to candidates based in or available in Mohali, Punjab for occasional in-person meetings if required. A result-driven mindset with a focus on commission-based earnings is crucial for success. The compensation for this role includes a commission structure of 20-30% per project, with unlimited earning potential based on performance and closed deals.
