We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to drive global business growth in the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing international markets, specifically in Website Development, Application Development, and Web App Development. This freelance position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify, connect, and nurture leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha to build a robust sales pipeline.

Global Business Growth:Develop and implement strategies to penetrate international markets, particularly for IT services like website and app development.

Client Acquisition:Engage with potential clients through outreach, presentations, and proposals to secure business opportunities.

Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

Market Research:Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning in the IT domain.

Collaboration:Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings.

Performance Tracking:Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications. Experience:Proven experience in global business development within the IT domain, particularly in Website Development, Application Development, and Web App Development.

Tool Proficiency:Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and other lead generation and headhunting tools.

Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with international clients.

Sales Acumen:Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Market Understanding:Knowledge of global market trends and best practices in IT services.

Self-Starter:Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects remotely.

Preferred Qualifications. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Prior experience with outbound email campaigns and cold calling.

Understanding of technical requirements in web and app development projects.
