Freelance Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize our

  Upwork profile

  and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify, target, and acquire

  high-paying clients

  through effective bidding and proposal strategies.
• Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase visibility, client engagement, and conversion rates.
• Negotiate project terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report performance metrics, providing regular updates on pipeline and closed deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  business development on Upwork

  or similar freelancing platforms.
• Strong understanding of how Upwork algorithms, bidding, and client acquisition strategies work.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a

  remote setting

• Preference will be given to candidates based in or available in Mohali, Punjab

  for occasional in-person meetings if required.
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on

  commission-based earnings

Compensation:

• Commission Structure:

  20-30% per project (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
