Franchise Development Manager

What you'll do-

• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchise partners.
• Conduct market research to identify target locations and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
• Ensure compliance in documentation and agreements.
• Consistently achieve and exceed franchise sales targets.
• Travel across Telangana for franchisee meetings & site visits

What we're looking for-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in franchise sales/business development (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with Telangana market is a plus.
• Must own a vehicle.
