We’re Hiring: Franchise Development Manager – LITTLE LEADERS SCHOOLS (Hyderabad) LITTLE LEADERS SCHOOLS is expanding in Telangana, and we’re looking for a Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise recruitment and expansion efforts. What you'll do- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchise partners. Conduct market research to identify target locations and growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. Ensure compliance in documentation and agreements. Consistently achieve and exceed franchise sales targets. Travel across Telangana for franchisee meetings & site visits What we're looking for- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years in franchise sales/business development (education sector preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven record of meeting sales targets. Familiarity with Telangana market is a plus. Must own a vehicle.
