1. Job Role Purpose

hardcore Franchise Sales professional

This is NOT a retail operations, distributor sales, or channel sales role. Candidates without direct franchise closure experience will NOT be considered.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the end-to-end franchise sales cycle:

  • Lead qualification → Investor meetings → ROI pitch → Negotiation → Closure → Agreement signing.
  1. Sell high-ticket franchise investments.

  2. Conduct franchise business presentations explaining:

a) Investment structure

b) Payback period

c) ROI & profitability

d) FOFO / FOCO models

4.      Personally close franchise agreements (LOI & FA).

5.      Handle investor objections, pricing negotiations, and commercial finalisation.

6.      Work closely with legal, projects, and operations teams for franchise onboarding.

7.      Maintain a strong CRM-driven pipeline and meet monthly closure targets.

8.      Travel across assigned territories to meet serious franchise investors.


🔹 Mandatory Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

·      8–10 years in Franchise Sales / Franchise Development

·      Proven record of franchise investment closures

·      Experience working with franchise brands / franchisors

·      Direct interaction with HNI / investor / entrepreneur profiles


🔹 Preferred Industry Background

Candidates MUST have experience from any ONE or more of the following:

·       Education Franchise

(EuroKids, Kidzee, Bachpan, Podar, FIITJEE, etc.)

·       QSR / Food Franchise

(Tea Time, Chai Kings, Wow Momo, CCD, Subway, Burger brands, etc.)

·       Retail Franchise Chains

(Lenskart, FirstCry, Tumbledry, Reliance Smart, etc.)

·       Salon / Wellness / Fitness Franchise

(Lakmé, Naturals, VLCC, Cult, Gym chains, Clinics, etc.)

🔹 Key Skills Required

·       Franchise Investment Sales

·       Investor Pitching & Negotiation

·       ROI & Payback Calculations

·       FOFO / FOCO Models

·       Franchise Agreement Handling

·       Lead Conversion & CRM Management

·       Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

🔹 Performance Expectations

·       Monthly franchise closures

·       Strong conversion ratio from qualified leads

·       Accurate CRM reporting

·       High investor satisfaction

Reporting To

  • You will report to the CEO of EBG Group

Working Days

  • Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week) – Timings 10am to 7pm

Joining Time

  • Within 30 to 45 days from the date of Offer given

Reporting Office

  • You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad

Salary Package

  • Your Approximate Salary package will be as per the industry standards
