Were seeking a results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to expand our preschool franchise network. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education with a strong background in sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential franchise partners to grow the preschool network. Present the franchise model and value proposition to prospects. Generate leads through networking, campaigns, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with franchise prospects, guiding them through the onboarding process. Negotiate franchise terms, fees, and agreements while ensuring compliance. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for attracting prospects. Monitor market trends and provide regular updates to the leadership team. Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in education. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
