We seek an experienced Vice President of Franchise Sales to spearhead our preschool franchise expansion. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, and franchise operations, with a proven ability to establish processes and drive results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust franchise sales strategy to accelerate network growth. Set up and streamline initial franchise sales processes, systems, and best practices. Identify and target potential markets while building relationships with prospective franchisees. Lead negotiations on franchise terms, agreements, and financials to finalize partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful franchise launches. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine expansion strategies. Mentor and lead the franchise sales team to achieve measurable sales targets. Represent the organization at industry events to build brand visibility and attract franchise partners. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in franchise sales or business development, preferably in the education sector.
