We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Sales Manager with a background in EdTech sales. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in EdTech) Graduate with strong communication skills Ability to manage franchise sales independently Job Details: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Drive admissions across assigned franchise branches Visit and support branches regularly Counsel parents, handle enquiries, and drive admissions Maintain records and update School ERP system Assist in setting up new franchise branches Help branches achieve admission targets Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Well-organized with strong work ethic Time management and goal-oriented approach Energetic, self-driven, and committed to results Eagerness for continuous learning and growth Show more Show less
