Role Overview

As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of Cloud Dhobi’s franchise development strategy.
• Build and manage the franchise sales pipeline.
• Convert prospects into long-term partners.
• Oversee onboarding, site selection, setup, and training.
• Ensure successful rollouts and ongoing partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Franchise Vertical

• Develop franchise sales strategy, SOPs, documentation, and support systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Create pitch decks, onboarding kits, and franchise agreements.

Franchise Sales & Expansion

• Identify leads through digital channels, events, and referrals.
• Conduct pitch presentations and drive end-to-end franchise conversions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements.

Franchise Deployment & Training

• Guide franchisees through site selection, setup, and branding.
• Coordinate design, tech, and staffing deployment.
• Conduct onboarding and operational training programs.

Post-Launch Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for new franchisees.
• Monitor operational quality and brand compliance.
• Drive performance reviews and corrective actions where needed.

Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• A self-starter with a "builder" mindset and strong execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
