Deep Ayurveda is committed to promoting authentic Ayurvedic solutions globally, blending traditional science with modern healthcare practices Key Responsibilities Franchise Development: Identify and pursue potential franchise leads, present the Deep Ayurveda franchise model, and negotiate terms to secure new franchise partners. Project Management: Oversee the setup and launch of new Exclusive Stores and Clinics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely opening. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance on operations, staff training, and brand compliance to maintain high standards. Business Growth Support: Develop local marketing strategies and assist franchisees in implementing promotional activities to drive customer engagement and clinic/store success. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review franchise performance metrics, conducting audits to ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and offering support to resolve operational challenges Qualifications & Experience Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing. Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or retail sectors. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
