Franchise Manager-Punjab & Haryana

As a Franchise Manager at Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the company's franchise network in Punjab and Haryana. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing potential franchise leads, presenting the Deep Ayurveda franchise model, and negotiating terms to secure new franchise partners. Additionally, you will oversee the setup and launch of new Exclusive Stores and Clinics, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely opening. Building strong relationships with franchisees will be a key aspect of your role, as you provide guidance on operations, staff training, and brand compliance to maintain high standards across all locations. You will also be responsible for developing local marketing strategies and assisting franchisees in implementing promotional activities to drive customer engagement and ensure the success of clinics and stores. Regularly monitoring franchise performance metrics, conducting audits to ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and offering support to resolve operational challenges will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Sales & Marketing, along with 7-8 years of proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or retail sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail. Familiarity with Ayurveda or the wellness industry is highly preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, Punjab, with benefits including leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a performance bonus offered.
