Job Description

You are a Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) responsible for expanding third-party contract manufacturing services in the Ayurvedic health and personal care sector. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting contract manufacturing solutions to potential brands, startups, and businesses seeking private-label Ayurvedic products. Your key responsibilities include: 1. Business Development & Lead Generation: - Identifying and approaching potential clients for third-party/private-label manufacturing services. - Conducting market research to understand business trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. - Generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and industry events. - Developing and implementing strategies to acquire and retain clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understanding client requirements and offering customized contract manufacturing solutions. - Ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality Control). 3. Sales & Negotiation: - Presenting and pitching contract manufacturing capabilities to potential clients. - Negotiating terms, pricing, and MOQs to close deals. - Working on business proposals, agreements, and client onboarding processes. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams: - Collaborating with R&D and production teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery. - Coordinating with the regulatory team for label approvals, certifications, and compliance. - Monitoring production timelines and addressing client concerns promptly. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or contract manufacturing, preferably in the Ayurvedic or personal care sector. Additionally, you need to have strong knowledge of Ayurvedic health & personal care products, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. This is a full-time, permanent position that may require travel for client meetings and industry events. The benefits include leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work location is in person, and fluency in English is preferred.,
