Job Title: Executive –Billing & Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices using ERP or billing software.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely packing and dispatch of orders.
• Maintain records of dispatched goods, courier details, and delivery status.
• Liaise with courier partners and transport agencies for tracking shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST and other applicable tax laws.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any billing queries.
• Maintain inventory movement logs and update dispatch records in the system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing and dispatch metrics.
• Address discrepancies or issues related to invoices or delivery.
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation of dispatch data with warehouse inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in billing and dispatch, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or Ayurvedic products.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (Tally, Marg, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST invoicing and transport documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
