Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and industry events.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's service offerings.

• Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pricing for IT infrastructure and managed services.

• Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to the product and service development teams.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in business development within IT infrastructure/services.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
