Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing franchise performance, implementing marketing strategies, providing support to franchisees, and identifying growth opportunities. The role will also involve training franchise partners and their teams to maintain the brand's quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in franchise management, sales, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and business plans
• Leadership, team training, and people management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and implement improvements
• Proficiency in handling operations and ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the retail or bags industry is an advantage
