Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our brand across India. The candidate will act as an official company representative, meeting potential partners in different cities, presenting the franchise business model, and converting leads into successful franchise partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Onboard and provide complete training & orientation to new franchise partners. Monitor and support daily operations of franchise stores to ensure smooth functioning. Track sales, turnover, profitability, and overall performance of franchise units. Ensure strict implementation of company SOPs and brand guidelines across all franchises. Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and provide problem-solving support. Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities at franchise locations. Prepare and share franchise performance reports and feedback with management. Support management in expansion strategy and growth planning. Travel to different cities across India to meet potential clients and explain the franchise model in detail. Deliver professional business presentations covering investment, budget, ROI, and profit expectations. Convince and convert prospects into franchise partners by representing the brand with confidence and credibility. Generate franchise leads from any location across India. Travel & Expenses: This role involves extensive travel across multiple cities in India. All official expenses including travel, hotel stays, meals, and local conveyance will be fully covered by the company. Eligibility & Qualifications: MBA (Mandatory) in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or corporate sales preferred. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to explain business models, investment plans, and profitability clearly. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Target-driven mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
