Franchise Manager

A PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) role in a pharma company involves promoting and distributing medicines by building relationships with doctors/retailers, managing territory sales, ensuring timely supply, handling marketing materials, meeting targets, and growing the franchise network, requiring strong sales, communication, and pharma knowledge. Key responsibilities include client outreach, market research, inventory management, and brand awareness, often supported by company marketing tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Promote products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), build client relationships, explain product benefits, and close sales.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand the distribution network, and acquire new franchisees/partners.
• Marketing Support: Utilize provided materials (brochures, banners) to build brand awareness and drive local marketing.
• Territory Management: Manage exclusive territories, ensure market penetration, and handle local competition.
• Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate timely product supply, manage stock, and ensure proper storage (especially for distributors).
• Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and market feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven pharmaceutical sales or business development experience.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pharma products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
