Franchise Manager

A PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Pharma job involves promoting and distributing pharmaceutical products, requiring strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals (doctors, chemists, hospitals) to meet sales targets, manage territories, provide product info, and handle logistics, often supporting a franchise model with company-provided marketing tools like brochures and samples for local market penetration. Roles vary from Medical Representatives (MRs) focusing on direct promotion to Development Managers overseeing franchise networks, all aimed at expanding the company's reach. Key Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Introduce and sell pharma products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retailers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Market Penetration: Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends, and achieve sales goals.
• Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company products, benefits, and clinical data.
• Marketing Support: Utilize provided materials (brochures, samples, visual aids) for effective promotion.
• Logistics & Inventory: Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery (especially for distributors).
• Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and track competitor activities.
