Safety Protocols : Monitor and adhere to safety procedures, ensuring that dispatch operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Customer Interaction & Coordination Customer Communication : Coordinate with customer service teams to confirm delivery times, resolve any dispatch-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction regarding delivery status. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any delivery or dispatch-related issues, such as delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products, in collaboration with relevant teams.
