Key Responsibilities : Dispatch Operations Order Fulfillment : Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of frozen food products according to customer orders, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements. Shipment Coordination : Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch of frozen products, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements. Transport Management : Liaise with third-party transport providers or company drivers to schedule deliveries and ensure that shipments are on time, cost-effective, and comply with safety regulations. Inventory and Documentation Management Inventory Tracking : Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking of frozen products. Documentation & Reporting : Ensure all shipping and delivery documentation is accurate, including delivery notes, invoices, and tracking information. Prepare regular dispatch reports for management review. Compliance : Ensure that all dispatched products meet food safety standards, labeling requirements, and transportation regulations (such as temperature control) for frozen foods. Quality Control & Safety Product Handling : Ensure that frozen food products are handled according to food safety and quality standards, ensuring no compromise during dispatch. Cold Chain Management : Ensure that products are maintained at the correct temperatures during transportation and delivery, using refrigerated transport as needed. Safety Protocols : Monitor and adhere to safety procedures, ensuring that dispatch operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Customer Interaction & Coordination Customer Communication : Coordinate with customer service teams to confirm delivery times, resolve any dispatch-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction regarding delivery status. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any delivery or dispatch-related issues, such as delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products, in collaboration with relevant teams. Process Improvement Process Optimization : Identify areas of improvement within the dispatch process to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance customer satisfaction. Feedback Loop : Provide feedback on delivery performance, logistics issues, and inventory trends to help optimize future dispatch operations.
