Dispatch Executive

The role involves managing dispatch operations for frozen food products, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery as per customer orders and inventory requirements. You will coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with cold chain requirements. Additionally, you will liaise with transport providers to schedule deliveries in a cost-effective and timely manner while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking dispatched items, and preparing shipping documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and tracking information. Compliance with food safety standards, labeling requirements, and transportation regulations for frozen foods is crucial. Ensuring product quality and safety during handling and transportation is a key aspect of the role. You will be required to monitor and maintain correct temperatures for products in transit, following safety protocols to conduct dispatch operations safely and efficiently. Effective communication with customer service teams to confirm delivery times, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction is essential. You will also be responsible for resolving any delivery-related issues and collaborating with relevant teams to address delays or damaged shipments. Identifying areas for process improvement within the dispatch operations, providing feedback on delivery performance, logistics issues, and inventory trends will be part of your responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 3 years of relevant work experience.
