Line Quality Control (Food)

• Inspections and monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and the production line to ensure everything is operating correctly and safely.
• Raw material and finished product testing: Inspect and test incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications for taste, color, weight, and other characteristics.
• Quality control procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and quality management systems, such as HACCP and GMP.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, and generate reports for management.
• Problem-solving: Collaborate with production teams to identify the root causes of quality or safety issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Equipment management: Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, perform calibration, and report any issues that may affect product quality.
• Sanitation and hygiene: Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices on the production floor to prevent contamination.
