As an Operations & Compliance Manager, your role would involve overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functionality. You will be responsible for ensuring all franchisees adhere to company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements. Conducting regular site visits and audits to assess operations will also be part of your key responsibilities. In terms of Franchisee Management & Support, you will act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing support and guidance. Your role will also include developing and implementing training programs for new and existing franchisees. Building strong and positive relationships with franchise partners will be essential to ensure their satisfaction and success. Additionally, you will be expected to resolve any operational issues and conflicts that may arise. For Business & Financial Performance, you will need to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Monitoring financial performance, analyzing reports, and managing budgets to maximize profitability will be crucial aspects of your role. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to franchisees will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Marketing & Brand Consistency, you will coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the franchise brand. Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchise locations will be important to maintain brand identity. Regarding Staff & Team Management, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and potentially recruiting staff at the franchise location. Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets will also fall under your purview. Your role will also involve Strategic Planning & Development, where you will assist in franchise expansion plans and business development initiatives. Analyzing market trends and suggesting strategies for improvement will be critical. Additionally, reviewing contracts and enforcing licensing expectations will be part of your responsibilities.
