Roles & Responsibility :

Identify, recruit, and manage franchise partners to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise outlets to ensure operational excellence.

Negotiate and close corporate deals for franchise expansion.

Conduct field visits and engagements to monitor and support franchise operations.

Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

Experience :

"2– 6 years of proven experience in new franchise acquisition, business development, or related roles.

Strong track record of success in recruitment and franchise operations management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, energetic, and a go-getter with the ability to deliver results.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment."

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• New Franchise Acquisition: 2 years (Required)
• B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
• Presentation skills: 2 years (Required)
