Franchise Manager

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement by understanding their needs and recommending suitable cars. Your role will also involve providing smooth support through clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Achieving sales targets for pre-owned vehicles will be a key focus, which will require effective customer interaction and consultation. Additionally, you will be expected to promote and sell Value Added Services (VAS) such as extended warranty, buyback, insurance, and customer financing (CF). We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals with strong communication skills to join our team. Candidates with proven sales experience in retail, hospitality, or the automotive industry are preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working weekends (Sat & Sun) and must hold a valid driving license for four-wheelers. A self-starter with a growth and ownership mindset would thrive in this role.,
