Job Title: Franchise Manager – Education Sector

Role Overview:
The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the institution’s franchise network to ensure smooth operations, academic excellence, and consistent brand representation. This role involves performance monitoring, franchise partner support, and driving growth through local and national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to the institution’s operational, academic, and brand standards.
• Provide training and continuous support to franchise partners and their staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to facilitate smooth functioning.

Performance & Monitoring

• Track franchise performance against key metrics such as student enrollment, revenue, and compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance and implement corrective actions for underperforming units.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Marketing & Business Growth

• Support franchisees with local marketing strategies and student enrollment campaigns.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all locations.
• Initiate and drive efforts to increase enrollments, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of franchise operations and relevant legal frameworks.
• Problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel frequently for franchise visits, audits, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Management, Education Management, or related field.
• Experience in the education sector preferred but not compulsory.
• 5+ years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or institutional management (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
