Job Summary:

The Franchise Network Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the franchise network in line with the company’s growth strategy. This role involves recruiting new franchisees, providing training and operational support, ensuring brand consistency across outlets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Development:
• Identify potential markets and scout for prospective franchise partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network.
• Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process.
• Franchisee Support & Operations:
• Provide operational guidance, training, and support to franchisees.
• Ensure all franchise outlets comply with brand standards and policies.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of franchise units.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as the point of contact between the company and franchisees.
• Address concerns, conflicts, or issues raised by franchisees professionally.
• Reporting & Monitoring:
• Track and analyze franchise performance metrics.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Recommend improvements for franchise operations based on performance data.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support franchisees with promotional activities.
• Help local franchisees with customized marketing strategies where needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in franchise management or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for franchise visits.
• Knowledge of franchise laws and business agreements is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
