Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive franchise development strategy that is aligned with company goals and objectives. This will involve meeting with potential franchisees in various cities targeted for brand expansion and utilizing diverse channels, including online research, referrals, and industry events, to identify prospective franchisees. Building and nurturing relationships with potential franchisees will be crucial, along with effectively communicating the benefits of our franchise model. Your role will also entail overseeing the franchise onboarding process from the initial inquiry to the signing of the franchise agreement. Market research to identify viable franchise territories, assess market trends, and reporting on franchise onboarding performance to senior management will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with franchise standards is essential. Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay abreast of franchise industry trends and best practices will be expected. Maintaining a thorough understanding of competitors within the industry and undertaking special tasks assigned by Founders will provide a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with company founders and contribute to organizational growth and success. You will also serve as a representative of the Founders in approved contexts, overseeing specific communications concerning customer escalations. What We Look For: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise development for D2C brands. - Leading role in negotiating franchise agreements for a minimum of 10 stores within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sector. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and implement effective strategies.
