Franchise Development Manager

Position: Franchisee Development Manager
Location: Kolkata

As the Franchisee Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing franchise partners. You will drive expansion strategy by opening new outlets through a strong franchise network, ensuring consistent brand quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify potential franchisees across target regions.
• Lead the entire franchise acquisition cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new outlet locations.
• Present franchise business proposals and ROI models to potential investors.
• Onboard and train new franchisees on operations, brand standards, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for agreement closures and franchisee support.
• Monitor franchise performance and act as a liaison between the brand and franchise partners.
• Participate in industry events, expos, and networking forums to boost franchise visibility.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise leads and provide regular reporting to senior management.
