Franchise Development Manager

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities to expand the company’s network.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations and suitable franchise partners.
• Manage the entire franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to agreement signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure operational success.
• Support franchisees with setup, training, and adherence to company brand and operational standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, training, and operations teams for franchise support activities.
• Track franchise performance and prepare regular business development reports.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in franchise sales or business development
• Good understanding of teflon, paints, furnishing or any industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and franchise development activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
