Role Description

The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for expanding UClean's franchise network by identifying and qualifying potential partners, building relationships, presenting UClean's business model, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Call and connect with franchise leads assigned in the CRM system.
  2. Qualify leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold categories.
  3. Follow up with leads, share proposals, and explain the UClean franchise model.
  4. Schedule meetings between potential leads and senior team members.
  5. Collaborate with the team to convert qualified leads into successful franchises.
  6. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare for sales reviews.
  8. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Travel locally and to other cities for meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

37 years of experience in franchise or B2B sales

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth
