Franchise Development Manager

As a Sales Manager- Franchise Development for our client in the preschool and High School industry, your role will involve enhancing the brand's presence in the assigned territory through new channel appointments and operationalization of partner centers. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving high-quality sign-ups by aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team and proactively identifying new leads to convert through high-quality sales pitches. - Ensuring efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, revenue targets, excellence in the transition process, guiding prospective channel partners in property selection, ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees, billing necessary furniture and equipment, providing Franchise manual, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and enabling partners with sourcing Welcome Kits. - Running pre-launch marketing initiatives for business generation by coordinating with the Marketing Team for visibility and generating enquiries, and ensuring POP materials are in place as discussed. - Completing sales administration and compliance by managing and updating Lead Management System, meeting daily market visit norms, ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management, and validating KYC of prospective channel partners.
