Role Overview:
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential franchise partners. The role involves managing the entire franchise development cycle—from initial inquiry to final agreement—while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential franchise prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present the Edify franchise model clearly and persuasively to interested candidates.
• Guide prospective franchisees through the entire discovery and evaluation process.
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with brand values and requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams during onboarding and agreement stages.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Participate in franchise exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
