Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  launch and development

  of ReviewAdda’s franchise program across India
• Identify, approach, and onboard franchise partners aligned with our brand values and business goals
• Develop strategic market entry and expansion plans for different regions
• Provide expert consultation to new and existing franchisees on setup, operations, and profitability
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure partner success and brand consistency
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, counselling, and operations) to create a seamless partner experience
• Track performance, optimize franchise processes, and ensure adherence to company standards
• Contribute innovative ideas to shape the overall franchise growth strategy

Candidates Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing, Business, or Sales preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in

  Franchise Sales / Channel Development / Business Expansion

  (experience in EdTech, or service-based sectors preferred)
• Proven success in setting up or scaling franchise or partner networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel as required for business development
