Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a wide network of offline channel partners across Pan India
• Identify, onboard, and activate new partners to generate qualified student leads
• Maintain regular engagement with partners to ensure a steady flow of quality inquiries
• Guide and counsel prospective students through the complete admission process—from enquiry to enrollment
• Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, and universities to students and their families
• Monitor and improve conversion rates from lead to admission
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates for both students and partners
• Track and report partner performance and lead progress on a regular basis
• Conduct market outreach activities, visits, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners
• Take full ownership of regional targets and performance metrics

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or PG in Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in channel development, lead generation, or student counselling (preferably in EdTech or Education sector)
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and enrollment targets
• Good understanding of the Indian higher education system and admission processes
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
