About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Acquisition Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion strategy. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified franchise partners who align with our brand vision and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building networks, skilled in negotiations, and capable of driving sustainable franchise growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners across target markets.
  • Drive end-to-end franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify new territories and assess business potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors and entrepreneurs.
  • Present the business model and franchise opportunities through meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Track acquisition metrics and provide regular reports on franchise pipeline and conversions.
  • Represent the brand at franchise exhibitions, seminars, and business networking forums.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in franchise acquisition, sales, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise business models and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills and market intelligence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
