About the Role

Framer Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Framer Website Design & Development (Primary)

• Build modern, responsive, high-performance websites and landing pages using

  Framer

  .
• Implement animations, transitions, scroll effects, and interactive UI components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution following brand guidelines.
• Optimize websites for conversion, load speed, and user flow.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team for continuous improvements.

2. Visual & Interactive Design

• Create engaging visuals, layouts, micro-interactions, and structured UI components.
• Maintain brand consistency across all web pages.
• Apply strong knowledge of layout grids, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

3. Rapid Prototyping (Secondary Requirement)

• Build quick prototypes of website flows and interactions using Framer or Figma.
• Present design concepts and user flow ideas clearly to stakeholders.

4. Brand & Component Management

• Maintain reusable Framer components and templates.
• Ensure that every digital touchpoint matches Wilyer’s design and brand language.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Framer (mandatory).

• Strong web design fundamentals: spacing, grids, typography, layout.
• Ability to create animations, transitions, scroll-based interactions.
• Good understanding of conversion-focused landing page design.
• Basic knowledge of Figma for design assets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on SaaS or tech-product websites.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design structure within Framer.
• Basic UI/UX principles and prototyping knowledge.

Experience & Education

• 2 – 3+ years

  of experience developing websites/landing pages using

  Framer

  .
• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Computer Science, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
